Getting stabbed in the back with Ozeal

Hey!My friend....

Hope you're doing well? Me? Life has been pretty rough lately. After overcoming the flu that lasted two weeks, I got severely injured during a pre-workout stretch. Yup, you read it correctly.

A stretch that took me out of commission and I mean OUT of commission.  I've been suffering from a severe back pain that has kept me away from pretty much every physical activity imagined. It's been super rough, ya'll!

Nonetheless, I remain optimistic and hopeful this will go away soon and I will get back into my groove once again. I apologize for not providing you with a new episode today but I had to cancel a few interviews:(
