We, Abby and Jen, are longtime friends that want to make you feel like you are part of our chats while we (publically) figure out life and wellness and balance, whatever that means!
We are the same age, but different lives, in different countries- one of us is single and recently back living at home with no kids, the other married with two children living with her family.
