On our first episode of the podcast I am joined by the incredibly talented Sandra Ishkanes BSc, MA, DipION who shares her inspirational journey from Molecular Biology (Genetic engineering to you and I) to her mission to change the face of women's reproductive health through her practice of functional medicine.

Not only has Sandra forged a path with her own intuitive gut, she has healed countless patients' actual guts too and changed 1000's of women's lives with her groundbreaking alternative approach to HRT the Perimenofix program. Trust me, I know as she has changed my life.
