Welcome back to the No More Excuses Podcast.

Today I am reposting my VERY 1st PODCAST! I recorded this on March 21, 2016! And, it's STILL RELEVANT!

I would say over the years I have gone through many adjustments in my podcast, including being more DIRECT, edgier, the occasional cuss words, but the reason I'm still here is because of YOU!

Every time I've thought about stopping, someone emails me and says how much something I said resonated with them, helped them in some way, etc. etc. So... despite some pauses here and there, I'M STILL HERE!

Listen in and share IF and HOW you are Spring Cleaning those GOALS!! And if you haven't even set them yet, well you better get OFF YOUR ASS and DO THAT!
