Episode 35 - No Labels, No Limits - Froswa' Booker-Drew, Partnership Broker and Relational Leadership Junkie

We truly enjoyed interviewing today's guest, Dr. Froswa' Booker-Drew, who specializes in relationship building and connecting others. Her company, Soulstice, helps others define and improve their narrative. She is also an Author, Speaker and Trainer and has led groups on very interesting journeys, including a Silence Retreat to a convent and gathering a group of diverse women to teach how to build social capital. 

"We don't have spaces to connect anymore, with technology and social media. I think people are so "ON" all the time that they aren't refreshing and replenishing and so it's hard to pour out and give to people when you don't do that for yourself."

"I always give the example about when you're on an airplane and they tell you to put your mask on first before you start helping other people. And I think we forget that somewhere, beyond the airplane of our lives, we need to take these opportunities to disconnect and to put your own mask on and to be quiet and, and take care of you so that you can be there for the people who need you."
