Ron Carucci is a best-selling author, HBR and Forbes contributor, has done TED Talks, and is a Managing Partner at Navalent. When asked about a particularly challenging time in his life, Ron explains how he overcame and ultimately he said, "I became a consultant, a leader, a friend, a parent, that I would have never become had I stayed in my comfortable world. Don't get so comfortable. I think John Lennon said it so well, life is what happens when you're planning other things." He also gives a piece of great advise during times of transformation, "One of the things I would tell people as a critical ritual is to create community, create support structures, create valued, trusted advisors and sets of third eyes on your life, to narrate the story for you."
