About a month ago, I realized that something I was doing for years (and years) wasn't working anymore. It had become a very solid part of my weekly rhythm and routine but now with everyone at home because of the pandemic and my new role as homeschool teacher, this particular routine was really no longer serving me. In fact, it was draining my energy in a big way. So, I changed it. It felt awkward and uncomfortable because it had been something I had done for so long but now, the change has really worked me.
It wasn't working and no matter how I tried to make it work, it just didn't. I share in this episode another situation where I stopped doing what wasn't working and came up with another way to get to the end result that I desired.
