Action changes everything.
It changes how you feel. It changes your physiology. it changes your outlook.
Action matters. Action is the greatest antidote for fear.
Fear can no longer control you if you choose to take action.
So, in a time when things feel so uncertain, when the future is unknown and when nothing is the same, action reduces your fear. All you need to do is decide what you want to create or how you want to feel and then take the next step towards that. When you are moving and doing something proactive and productive, fear can't exist in the same way.
It's time to act. Don't let the fear win.
