Well, here we go. I want to document this journey of mine to a 100 mile race finish aty Kodiak 100 in October of 2025. This is mostly going to be a self journal but if someone listens in and gleans anything off of these episodes, that'll be great!
This is just a sit down while I begin to get sick and how I feel about that.
Most of these episodes will likely be weekly or so recaps of how my training went, what I discovered about myself, and Some of the challenges I face and hopefully overcome.
