Self-care is something that’s easily pushed to the backburner, but why? Why is it that we sometimes feel guilty for investing in our health, mental wellness, and our overall well being?
In this episode we’ll share our own personal experiences with self-care: our favorite routines, what we would love to do more of, and oh yes - we’ll chat about the occasional guilt that can come with the more “indulging” self-care activities.
