The Peasenhall Mystery: Murderous Mondays
The "Peasenhall Mystery" was an unsolved murder case that took place in the village of Peasenhall in Suffolk, England, in 1902. The case revolves around the murder of a young woman named Rose Harsent who, it is discovered, is 6 months pregnant.  Her throat had been slashed, and a failed attempt at burning her had been made.
The prime suspect, William Harsent, is a married church elder with 6 children.
