New Nuremberg in Italy: Draghi, Speranza and Figliuolo

Criminal complaint against Mario Draghi, Roberto Speranza and Francesco Paolo Figliuolo, accusing the three of subverting the democratic order and usurping power during the management of the Covid-19 emergency. The complaint, filed by the lawyer Lillo Massimiliano Musso, head of Mille Avvocati per la Costituzione, is based on several arguments, including the illegitimacy of the extension of the state of emergency beyond the terms established by law, the violation of several fundamental rights, such as personal freedom and the right to health, and the imposition of an indirect vaccination obligation which, according to the author of the complaint, would be a form of apartheid.
