Ingredients: 1.5 oz vodka (or rum for a sweeter twist) 2 oz açaí juice 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup 0.25 oz simple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness) Splash of sparkling soda Dash of bitters Ice Garnish: cherry + orange or strawberry slice

Instructions: In a shaker, combine vodka, açaí juice, passion fruit syrup, simple syrup, and a dash of bitters with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice. Top with a splash of sparkling soda for fizz. Garnish with a cherry and a slice of orange or strawberry.

Aperol Spritz

Ingredients: Aperol Prosecco Sparkling water Navel Orange slice Ice

Instructions: Over ice, add aperol (1/4 way up on the glass) Sparkling water up to halfway on the glass Prosecco to the top of the glass and add a slice of orange
