In this episode, Gamze talks with us about her journey as a single female entrepreneur in the challenging, gender-inequality-ridden hospitality industry of her home country. Gamze speaks very openly about her challenges and how choosing the wrong partners can be painful

  6. Make your personal “SWOT” analyses for yourself.

  7. Set goals you cannot reach, so you have something to live for.

  8. Never lose your hope.

  9. Embrace uncertainty. It is an opportunity to grow.

  10. Take manageable risks.

  11. Build resilience.
