1 Corinthians 3:1 I’m completely frustrated by your unspiritual dealings with each other and with God. Childlike - (of an adult) having good qualities associated with a child.

Childish - Silly and immature

Childlike faith says: “I’m dependent”

Childish faith says: “I’m self sufficient”

God Is Most Glorified In Us When We Are Most Dependent On Him.

James 4:2 you do not have because you do not ask.

Jeremiah 17:5-10 “Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, whose heart departs from the LORD. For he shall be like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see when good comes, but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land which is not inhabited. ”Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, and whose hope is the LORD.  For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, which spreads out its roots by the river, and will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, and will not be anxious in the year of drought, nor will cease from yielding fruit. 

Childlike faith says: “My father Has Enough”

Childish faith says: “There’s Not Enough To Go Around”

Childlike faith says: “Father Knows Best” 

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track.
