What is the Dark Night?

• A time when God feels distant but is actually refining and teaching His people.


• A season of suffering that can either push us away or draw us closer to God.


• A reminder that faith is not about feeling but about trusting in God’s promises.

Scriptures to Reflect On:

• Job 23:8-9 – Job searches for God but cannot find Him.


• Jonah 2:2 – Jonah cries out from the depths, and God answers.


• Hebrews 12:6 – The Lord disciplines those He loves.


• Romans 8:28 – God works all things for good.

How to Find God in the Dark Night:
1️⃣ Lean into God through prayer and scripture.
2️⃣ Recognize that trials are part of spiritual growth.
3️⃣ Trust that God is working behind the scenes.
4️⃣ Stay connected with a faith community for support.

Even in the dark night, God is present. Hold on to faith, knowing that His light will shine through the darkness.
