The Amazing Power of Perspective

Appreciating why the power of perspective is so amazing comes from an understanding that the reality we see or experience is simply our chosen perspective of that reality. In order to render a situation, event or experience that we found painful or negative in a more empowering light, we simply need to change the perspective from which we view it.
