God is our "homeland". We have been released from the "exile" of sin, and now are to dwell each day in him. Isaiah chapters 56 to 60 describe how the people of Israel were to live, once released from exile, and we too can learn from this. We are to be "lowly"; we are to be "restorers of streets to live in"; and we are to "live from God's Word". As a result, the church will "arise and shine" to show the world God's glorious plan for his creation.
