Jay Follman is what you might call a rain-maker. He makes things happen. He’s the owner of a multi-million dollar construction company, Industrial Resources, Incorporated with locations in Washington and Alaska. He has served as a volunteer fire-fighter for 30 years. He’s a musician, singer, and loves anything fast and loud. He is a legendary Sprint Car racer. Jay also has a life PhD. in addiction. He has overcome his own challenges and has gone on to help many others with theirs.  This is Part One of a two-part interview with Jay in which we cover a lot of ground.
