Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an interactive psychotherapy used to relieve stress and reduce symptoms of trauma. It is most commonly associated with the treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). But can this therapy also treat other stress-related disorders?
