THE OLD GUARD 2 Teaser Trailer: Uma Thurman Is a Sexy Immortal Clashing with Charlize Theron

Netflix unveiled the first teaser trailer for The Old Guard 2 at its TUDUM global fan event. The sequel sees the return of Charlize Theron as Andy, alongside KiKi Layne (Nile), Marwan Kenzari (Joe), Luca Marinelli (Nicky), Matthias Schoenaerts (Booker), Chiwetel Ejiofor (Copley), and Van Veronica Ngo (Quynh), whose reappearance after the first film's cliffhanger will be a central plot point.

The major new additions to the cast are Uma Thurman and Henry Golding. The article reveals Thurman will play a new antagonist, with the teaser hinting at her character having ties to Andy's past. Golding's role is also highlighted as a significant new addition.

Victoria Mahoney is directing the sequel, taking over from Gina Prince-Bythewood, with Greg Rucka (creator of the original comic) returning to write the screenplay. While the teaser was brief, it showcased the returning team in action and offered glimpses of the formidable new characters.
