In an interview on the Happy Sad Confused podcast, actor Kumail Nanjiani revealed the extensive scope of his contract with Marvel Studios for his role as Kingo in Eternals. He stated that he is contracted for "ten more years and six more movies" in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

However, Nanjiani clarified that this is an option for Marvel, not a guarantee that he will appear in all those projects. He joked that he could simply end up as "a janitor in the background of an Ant-Man movie."

Despite the uncertainty, Nanjiani expressed immense enthusiasm for continuing the role. He loves playing Kingo and is excited by the potential to explore the character's long history as an immortal living on Earth, suggesting there are many stories to tell from different decades of his life. His long-term contract signals Marvel's potential plans for Kingo's future in the MCU.
