Creating or developing a mindful business is so hard to do. We all want to be part of an ethical and sustainable business that's working towards a higher purpose, but only a few of us are willing to put in the hard yards to make it happen. Why is this?

I talked to a multi-national company today who by their own admittance are completely product-focused. The consequence of this is that they speak a completely different language to that required to even begin the mindful business journey.
