A brilliant quote from Gary Vaynerchuk in a recent podcast made me think about how we can apply the building of self esteem in others by applying context, reality and capability, rather than over optimism to the point of delusion.

In this short podcast, I reflect on how it is far better to help others become more self aware and motivated than it is setting false hope.
