In this episode of "Navigate The Day," the focus is on recognizing that our own beliefs and opinions are the source of our emotional reactions, and how we can develop self-mastery to respond to difficult situations in a more calm and controlled way. The journal prompt asks why we tell ourselves that we have been harmed, and encourages us to reflect on how we react to the world around us. By taking accountability for our reactions, we can change our circumstances and design our lives the way we want. It's important to remain patient and enjoy the journey, but also use the teachings to improve our mindset and deal with all those around us, whether they are friends or foes. Remember, circumstances lack emotions or opinions, so the only time a circumstance becomes good or bad is when we decide it so.
