Welcome to Navigate the Day! Today’s episode, “Cowardice As A Design Problem,” is all about the importance of having principles and a clear design for our lives in order to avoid uncertainty and achieve success in our pursuits.
In this episode, we explore the concept of designing our lives and training ourselves to rise to the occasion. The Journal Prompt asks us to reflect on whether our training is designed to help us rise to the occasion.
As the host of this podcast, I share my personal experiences with designing my life and training myself to rise to the challenges that come my way. I discuss how neglecting my morning routine has affected my ability to prepare for the day and how getting back on track has helped me rise to the challenges that come my way.
I also share how I use breathing exercises and meditation to deal with my anxiety when visiting the dentist, and how journaling has been a consistent supportive tool in my daily life. Seeking counseling to deal with my emotional instability has also been a beneficial tool for me.
Through my experiences, I have learned that having a clear design for our lives and dedicating time to designing our goals and aspirations can prepare us to face any challenges that come our way with a sense of calm composure. With continued effort and training, we can all train ourselves to rise to the occasion and achieve success in our pursuits.
