2023 August 28 - Star Formation in the Pacman Nebula

In today's image, we see the star forming region known as the Pacman Nebula. within this region, we see recently formed stars and well as globules containing stars still in the process of formation. We also see the remaining gas and dust from the original molecular cloud that once formed the entire region.
