The God Confusion: Question #1: Why is the search for faith so hard?

This morning we began a search for how to believe, how to search for and find a faith that is real and makes sense. The next seven weeks aren't about telling one another what to believe or why, but how. How do we believe in light of all the wonder, mystery, confusion, frustration, and beauty?
