Dasakam 029 - Sloka 03

का त्वं मृगाक्षि विभजस्व सुधामिमामि- त्यारूढरागविवशानभियाचतोऽमून् । विश्वस्यते मयि कथं कुलटाऽस्मि दैत्या इत्यालपन्नपि सुविश्वसितानतानी: ॥३॥

का त्वं मृगाक्षिWho are you, O doe-eyed one?विभजस्व सुधाम्-इमाम्-distribute this nectar'इति-आरूढ-राग-विवशान्-thus, helpless and overcome with passionअभियाचित:-अमून्they begged thus to herविश्वस्यते मयि कथंtrust me, how can you?कुलटा-अस्मि दैत्याI am a whore, O Asuras!'इति-आलपन्-अपिeven when saying thus,सुविश्वसितान्-अतानी:Thou made them trust Thee

O doe-eyed lady, who are you? Distribute this nectar', entreated the Asuras, helplessly being overcome by passion. 'How do you trust me? O Asuras, as I am a whore.' Even though Thou said so, Thou commanded their trust.
