Sex is a taboo subject and conversations around sex and sexuality often make people feel uncomfortable.  Dorothy shares her why on why she talks about sex and pleasure, even when it can be uncomfortable.  Spoiler: It has to do with her 90-year-old Christian conservative grandmother wanting others to not have to suffer in silence around their bodies and sex.
