Season 2 begins! And the search has begun too.

June was fully-packed and clinched with Yakob’s 6th grade graduation. So for this episode, I get to see things from my 11yo’s perspective on readiness for high school, parting with some friends, handling the pressure of performing just like how siblings did in school.

Many times during the last season of mine, I found myself adjusting to several new things: saying goodbye to homeschooling, and hello to mainstream school; bidding online classes goodbye, and seeing your children adjust so well to face-to-face classes. I look forward to this new season. As a starter, I hope through this episode, parents get a glimpse of why kids are so enamored by internet games, and gaming podcasts, and why they want to become YouTubers someday. I am not a fan of such preoccupations but I decided to just listen, search, and understand.
