Would love to hear from you! Send me a message.

Running super late with this one, but made it! As we start a new week, I hope this episode will be helpful for your and your family’s mental health.

This is the 4th in my 4-part series on Mental Health. Sharing some tools we can use for ourselves and our loved ones.

It’s best for us not to dismiss lines like: “My tummy hurts!” “Can’t sleep.” “I can’t do it.” “I don’t want to go to school.” “What if this happens,…?” nor scold our child or friend for feeling this way.

What words help, and won’t help when we are speaking with someone with anxious thoughts? Is worry a blessing or a curse? In this episode, I will be sharing responses to these questions in this episode “What To Say and Not To Say To Your Anxious Child” (or to anyone anxious at that).

Will also be talking about nostalgia! Does reminiscing really benefit us?
