In today's episode, we are welcoming Paul Marlow, Founder of Never Alone, to the show.

Some of you may know him by Tall Paul... (this man is 6'7 tall!)

Some of you may know him as a pro Athlete or fitness trainer

Or maybe you know him from his impactful story that fuelled his inspiration in creating Never Alone 

In this episode, we learn about some hard-@ss hardships that Paul went through.

How Paul chose to deal with his hardships not only helped him create Never Alone and positively impact people's mental health from all over the world, but his journey has also allowed him to level up his own mental health.

The past few years have been extra hard on us mentally and physically, which is why Paul and Sari D. are so excited to have more people talking about their mental health and normalizing getting help when people need it. 

Unfortunately, struggling with our mental health is actually very common.  What's more unfortunate, is that getting help isn't as common.

Enjoy this episode where Paul helps bridge the gap in creating normality of having mental health struggles and getting prepared to talk to a professional about them.
