Now, after fixing the plaguing cause of the sleepless night I can tell you what it was and what the result of all that drama grace a LESCO was. I'm too exhausted now to be exhausted.

Update: Another neighbour just confirmed they had the same problem with one phase...that's a relief only if too late now that I already know it was all LESCO.
