Citizens Portal: Digitally screwing with Citizens Pt IV (the Lesco Affair)

A message and a warning to the government and their failure to curb corruption, while being directly involved in state corruption to the extent that they are harrassing their public by making them pay bills for non existent meters and units. The government has been making the citizens pay bills on net metered connections despite the fact that the government owes them credits worth of thousands in units, and then the government has moved on to bill people on non-existent meters.Blatantly lying on the record, and blatantly stealing from the public, Imran Khan has disappointed the public hugely by his incompetence and his inefficiency...he has not fulfilled a single promise made to us.
