37: Chef Kyle Waller Swapped Jobs from Phony to Fancy (And Ferocious)

Kyle Waller is the Food Service Coordinator (Executive Chef) at Plants
and Animals in Seattle, Washington. He's spent over twenty years being a
chef in some of the fanciest restaurants in the country and is a
graduate from culinary school. But I just remember that he was in mean
punk band when he was 17! I wanted to get Kyle on the show to talk
about life in the professional kitchen and his journey along the way.
