Will MacHugh is a Washington state based mushroom farmer with a long standing background in the world of agriculture. He has grown fast and smart and he has noticed what a lot of us are too busy to do much about...the importation of extremely cheap shiitake logs from China. Will has assembled this website as well as this simple survey ... If you are a mushroom farmer in the US do us all a favor and FILL IT OUT!
