Body Dysmorphic Disorder is a dark, all-consuming mental health condition. A fixation or obsession on flaws in your appearance — flaws that are either minor or completely unseen by those around you.
In this week’s episode, we’re joined by clinician and mental health professional Roberta Honigman who specialises in body image disturbance. We’re going to chat about the difference between negative body image and BDD, its symptoms and what to do if you think you or someone you know is experiencing something similar.
