Interview: A Rising Leader, JJ Abuelhawa

I believe my podcast must showcase different perspectives on stamina - from different industries, different walks of life and in different stages in their career.

On this episode, I welcome a young, true rising sales leader in the hospitality industry – her determination, focus and grit is why I wanted to have her on my podcast.  She is the ADOSM at the Hyatt Regency in Dulles, a part of HEI Hotels & Resorts.  

My husband, Lefty has had the opportunity to work with her on the HSMAI National Rising Sales Leader Council for the past two years.  JJ isn’t your typical younger generation sales leader, she’s different – she’s committed to being the absolute best.  She also sits on the board of the HSMAI DC Chapter as well as on the board of the Customer Experience Program at the University of Richmond.
