SPOILER ALERT: In order to monetize a YouTube channel, the channel needs to have at least 1000 subscribers AND 4000 hours of Watch Time accumulated within a year. While the 1000 Subscribers is relatively easy, MOST aspiring YouTubers NEVER accumulate the required watch time.
