Amy Krymkowski, owner of Better Path Coaching, is a transition strategist and leadership development coach. With extensive outplacement experience, she empowers clients in mindset mastery, self-discovery, and search strategies. Amy holds a PCC from the International Coach Federation and is a New Ventures West Integral Coach®. She's certified in Group Coaching and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. With a master’s in human resources and labor Relations and a Bachelor's in Psychology, she's skilled in DISC, Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, and StrengthsFinder. Amy coached leaders from Director to C-Suite across corporate, non-profit, and government sectors. Formerly in HR management for Fortune 100 companies, including Genentech and Men’s Warehouse, she's a presenter and workshop leader on career topics.
