About Dr Zeeshan Akhtar and Scout Health CEO

Zeeshan is CEO of Scout Health. A digital disease prevention platform which was founded in 2017. He graduated from Oxford University Medical School in 2007 and is a registrar in Abdominal Surgery with a specialist interest in Transplantation. He has obtained a PhD in 2015 from the University of Oxford where part of his research involved characterizing the integration of multiple large -omic data sets to delineate the effects of hypoxia and ischemia on cellular processes.
