Calling all tenants!  You need to do your homework!  In this day in age, housing is so tight that usually tenants are thrilled to get ANY type of housing. 

BUT, as a tenant, have you ever thought about YOU screening your landlord?  Remember, as a tenant you are a paying customer.  It is critical that you know you are getting in a business relationship with.  In this episode, I make all kinds of recommendations on how to choose your landlord; we all know the landlords are (or should be) screening you!
