This lesson is strong meat delivered in due season. For a handful of saints, under Brother Desmond Singh, Wednesday night lessons are the most penetrating for the division of soul and spirit, joints and marrow, and to expose the thoughts and intentions of the heart. 

Before the conclusion of the life of an elect child of God, a deep final cleansing occurs to remove any lingering roots of bitterness (Hebrews 12:15). Roots of bitterness are stubborn sins and human traits that are ungodly. They are often buried deep in our unconscious psyche but exercise a degree of control over our nature.
