S2 - #21 OUR SPIRITUAL WARFARE

Brother Desmond Singh used parts of Revelation (Chapters 1-3) to demonstrate that Body assemblies have flaws. Of the seven churches listed in Asia Minor, five were rebuked by our Lord. This fact should shock none of us. While we may be vibrant assemblies today, we can slip into apostasy tomorrow. The essential message to Sardis from God was: "I know your works. Although you have a reputation as a lively church, you are dead!" (Revelation 3:1) What a grievous indictment by God! And yet, Mississauga or any other Body assembly may be viewed by God dead despite our reputation, if we fail to meet His standards.
