Al-Asadi said in a statement received by "Baghdad Today", "After continuous follow-up with the Committee for the Implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq, approval was obtained to promote the transactions of the article for those who have a receipt for the years (2018, 2019, 2020) on Sunday, corresponding to 11/24/2024, at the committee's office in the city of Nasiriyah."
