Episode #68 Over Responsibility

You’re an incredibly responsible person.  You are very good at what you do.  Others admire you.

And ask you to do more.  Or you just offer.  And why not?  You are amazing at all of this!  And so many people need your help.  It feels so good to save the day!

Until that one day you experience health consequences.  You know you need to do less.  Your internal tug of war is creating a moral dilemma.  What’s the right thing to do?
