When we don't have the space we need to think, pivot, and replenish, we can quickly become overwhelmed and overreact to situations. All of this sends us right into a stress response which further diverts our energy away from the very things that we were trying to get done. In this episode, you'll learn three ways to increase your space, so you are better able to focus on what you need to do, and adapt when necessary.
