Coaching Question: Look at your calendar  for the past 2 weeks in your business and look at everything you’ve done- calls you’ve had, meetings booked, errands run, content batched, posts made etc. Then look at where you’re not being consistent but could benefit from consistency. Now can you track data to back that consistently up. This new cause you activate will bring a new effect- its just science.
