Nicole shares her experience of being in isolation over the past three weeks due to the pandemic and gets curious about the skillset, or tools that she had to support her. Like many other areas of her life, Nicole's Yoga Teacher Training background has come to the rescue, once again! Yoga Off the Mat (everything else Nicole does) supports her mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Nicole thought to herself, "I can't be alone in this!" Cue the research - Nicole interviewed 20 yoga instructors, over two sessions, and asked them all the same three questions:
1. What has been your blessing in disguise during this time
2. What has been your challenge/area of suffering
3. What has been your yoga off the mat (resiliency practice)
